Javea Port Golf Society uses SignUpGenius to manage registrations for golf days and certain Society events.
When you register through SignUpGenius, your name and email address may be processed by SignUpGenius for the purpose of managing that registration and providing its service.
SignUpGenius states that it does not sell or give out membership information to third-party vendors. However, they may share your name and email address with a third party vendor for Marketing, Business Analytics and Personalised offers.
However, Members submitting their email addresses is optional, by not submitting, you will not be notified that you have signed up.
Photographs and Images
Javea Port Golf Society may take photographs at golf days, competitions, prize presentations and social events.
Photographs may be used on the Society website, social media pages or other Society communications for the purpose of promoting and recording Society activities.
Where reasonably practicable, members will be made aware when photographs are being taken. If you do not wish to appear in photographs used by the Society, please let us know.
